Detox juice is by far the fastest, safest and most effective way to detoxify the body, helping it absorb nutrients while eliminating toxic residues.

Ingredients (for 3 glasses)

half a cucumber
3 quarters of an apple
1 lime
1 piece of ginger
2 kiwis
A large handful of spinach
1 liter of coconut water

Peel all the ingredients, and cut them into small pieces. Then, add them to a blender with the coconut water and blend until a liquid juice is obtained.

It is best to drink this juice in the morning on an empty stomach, as the vitamins and minerals will be more easily absorbed. Remember to eat something substantial about 30 minutes after your juice or whenever you feel hungry. Juice should not replace breakfast!
