After placing your order and after we have received your payment, your shipment will be processed within 1 or 2 business days.
Delivery in France, Monaco, Luxembourg, Belgium and Corsica is within 24-72 hrs.
Free delivery is offered, starting with a minimum order of €75.
You are required to check the condition of the package upon delivery. In case of damage or missing items the customer needs to report this to the carrier, and these details must be noted on the delivery slip. We strongly advise to refuse any damaged package since this will simplify the replacement procedure.
If after delivery you find the product does not match the order, has defects or is damaged you have the opportunity to make a claim within 5 working days after delivery; claims reaching us beyond this period cannot be processed by us and we are automatically free of any responsibility.

In case of degraded products pictures demonstrating the status may be requested. It is our interest to offer a perfect solution in case of a verified claim.
Misued, contaminated or willfully damaged products are excluded from any replacement / refund procedure.
